I purchased a guide rod and spring. The order was shipped out on 8/25. On 8/30 (5 days later) I sent an email to Hog Island about the shipping and they didn't seem concerned that I hadn't received my order yet. Now It's 9/4 (10 days later) and I still have no parts. For over $5 in shipping for a 9 oz. part traveling less than 150 miles, I'm disappointed to say the least.
