Never received my package |

I read and heard a lot of great stuff about this company. But when I reached out to the company to let them know I never received my package they did not respond on The matter. They did give me the tracking number and they told me it was delivered. When I ask what do I do now. They neglect to answer.

Email was responded to promtly the next day, item had been delivered but apparantly to the wrong address. replacement was sent at no charge in the spirit of best in class customer service.
